2. **Ad Packages:** For advertising packages, cancellations must be requested before the start date of the advertising campaign. Once the campaign has commenced, cancellations will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

3. **Event Registrations:** If you have registered for an event hosted by Aus Digital Journal and need to cancel your attendance, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may not be eligible for a refund.

**Refund Policy:**

1. **Subscription Services:** We offer refunds for subscription services within 7 days of the initial purchase. If you are unsatisfied with our services, please contact us within this timeframe to request a refund. Refunds requested after 7 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. **Ad Packages:** Refunds for advertising packages will only be issued if the cancellation request is made before the start date of the advertising campaign. Once the campaign has begun, refunds will not be provided.

3. **Event Registrations:** Refunds for event registrations are subject to the cancellation policy mentioned above. If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation made within the specified timeframe, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
